Show Title:	Escaping the Inner, Vicious Cycle
Description:	Depression can place weight and shackles upon us that can make it difficult to even get out of bed in the morning. As we try to reach out and break free it can pull us back, keeping us prisoner to our own thoughts and feelings; a cycle of pain and torment. It's time to reach out, find the strength we know is deep within us, and break free. Escape the inner, vicious cycle.
