Dana Hills High School in Dana Point, CA is looking for some help for the Fall Season. If you know anyone who might be interested, please let me know or share around! Pay is commensurate with experience and negotiable. Staff are paid hourly for rehearsals and performances for an approximately 16 week-long season July 31-November 18. Percussion Tech Job Description:
Instructs students in Battery Percussion and/or Front Ensemble technique and a variety of musical skills during rehearsals and performances. Works in conjunction with our Percussion caption head to plan and execute ensemble rehearsals. Work collaboratively with staff to provide instruction. Experience with Mainstage or Audio Mixer/Live Audio is a plus. Rehearsals are Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm-9:00pm, Fridays 3:30pm-5:00pm. Band Camp (Weekdays July 31-August 11) is 9:00am-5:00pm.
Essential Skills:
Experience Coaching High School Percussion or similar caliber group
Experience working collaboratively on an instructional team
Experience in DCI or WGI or commensurate teaching expertise
