Meet the Education Clinic Speakers/Clinicians

This years Education Clinic is just around the corner and WGASC is really excited to present this year’s Education team! Please click on the images below to acquaint yourself with this years presenters.  The Education Clinic is a great way to jump start your Winterguard season. Bring all your students too!  There will be hands-on classes, Q&A’s, in class sessions, raffles, food, fun and more.  Best of all…..IT’S FREE!!!

2019 Instructor/Student Education Clinic 12/8/18

Save the Date! 12/8/18 8am-4pm

The 2019 Education Clinic is just around the corner!  This year’s free clinic will be headlined by WGI Hall of Fame Inductee Randy Nelson and Santa Clara Vanguard Lead Choreographer/Designer Michael Rosales.  The instructor track will offer classes in show design and a session on judge vocabulary/scoring system.  There will be an open Q&A with Randy Nelson and Michael Rosales will take an in depth look at how to successfully use the body in your show design.  Designers/Instructors can also sign-up for a 10 minute one-on-one clinic with Randy Nelson, Mike Stone or Scott Bilbruck.

The student track will offer hands on classes in all pieces of equipment as well as movement classes.  There will be additional classes in make-up design/application, performance quality/style and a look at judging geared for the student performer.

Clinicians include Mario and Brandi Ramirez, Ben Contreras, Gabe Escobedo, Sergio Marquez-Johnsoon and Alpha (aka Sweet Fuss).

Lunch will be provided for all in attendance free of charge!  This years event will be held at Woodbridge HS.
