Each person who plans to attend needs to fill out this registration form by June 1st.
If you are a director and cannot attend, please fill out and submit this proxy form to vprecords@wgasc.org with the name of the person who you permit to vote on your behalf. We need at least 108 members represented at the meeting in order to meet quorum requirements.
