2027 Registration Opens - September 16th

The road to the 2027 season starts here!

WGASC is excited to welcome Color Guard, Percussion, and Winds ensembles back for another incredible season of performance, education, and competition.

Whether you're returning to WGASC or joining us for the first time, now is the time to get your ensemble ready for 2027 Season Registration!

Before registering, take a moment to review the updated Classifications information available under the Resources tab in CompetitionSuite and make sure your ensemble information is current.

Before You Register

• All returning and new ensembles must register through CompetitionSuite.
• Make sure your CompetitionSuite account information is current, including email addresses, phone numbers, and staff information.
• All ensembles shall include their Band Director and email address in their Ensemble Profile.
• New to CompetitionSuite? Create your CompetitionSuite account here.
• Staff members attending WGASC events with your ensemble should have a CompetitionSuite profile that includes a current email address and phone number. This allows WGASC to communicate important event, emergency, and weather-related information.
• Include the name, email address, and phone number of your official teacher of record.
• Be sure your performer count is accurate. Changes to performer counts should be emailed to support@wgasc.org.
• Payments may be made by credit card, check, or purchase order.
