  • Where do you spin? Which HS or Independent group are you a team member?
  • Choose the button that best describes your level on equipment. This is a general question regarding your average skill set and will not impact the level of classes you are able to take.
  • Every participant will participate in a flag Master Class. That will be Equipment Class #1. Class #2 is a class of your choosing. Please select the class/level you would like to take at the clinic. **Available classes will be based on attendance and needs of participants on the day of the event. Invite all your teammates so we can offer as many classes as possible!

  • All students under the age of 18 will need to have a parent sign a release of liability/medical form. This form will be emailed to all student participants one week prior the event. Students without the signed form will not be allowed to participate.
