WGASC 2020 Scholarship Program

  1. DEADLINE for scholarship applications is Friday, March 6, 2020. Applications will not be accepted after this date. Refer to the award categories below for criteria and eligibility requirements. The WGASC Scholarship Awards and WGASC Distinguished Service Awards are competitively given. A panel of WGASC representatives, convened by the President of the Circuit determines the award winners.
  2. Refer to application process below for a list of the supporting documents needed (i.e., reference forms, evidence of GPA, etc) Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Purpose: The WGASC Awards Program honors the outstanding accomplishments of selected Southern California color guard performers with recognition at WGASC’s Circuit Championships and a cash award paid to the institution of the awardee’s choice (after providing evidence of school registration), to help defray the expenses associated with tuition and fees for scholastic endeavors or professional training.

Attention: Applicants will need scanned copies of their Transcripts and 2 Letters of Recommendation. PDF format is required. There are 2 essay questions that must be completed and an optional third essay. All information must be submitted into the online form, we do not accept emailed or US mailed documents.

The 2020 scholarship application is closed. The 2021 application will be available next January.
